Johnny started to play music at the age of 11. He has had the good fortune to have been mentored by some of the greatest Jazz bassists that we still have with us today. He has had the privilege to play for events such as the London Day Parade and for the Lords of London. He was also flown to Taiwan to play at the Blue Note and countless other music venues around America as well as internationally. Although he focused more on Jazz music, he has created his own percussive yet warm style, which enhances any playing situation he is involved in.
